Apparently OMX_GetParameter is valid in any state other than OMX_StateInvalid

Fix omx_tests to no longer refer to test files that are no longer available.
Also make sure that a seek beyond EOF does not just seek the final syncframe.

Simplify the MemoryDealer implementation
At some point the implementation became complicated because of
SurfaceFlinger's special needs, since we are now relying on gralloc
we can go back to much simpler MemoryDealer.
Removed HeapInterface and AllocatorInterface, since those don't need
to be paramterized anymore. Merged SimpleMemory and Allocation.
Made SimplisticAllocator non virtual.
Removed MemoryDealer flags (READ_ONLY, PAGE_ALIGNED)
Removed a lot of unneeded code.
