Support account spinner text size fixes in Email/Gmail
* make unread count in lists scale with text size
* add common styles for spinner anchor primary/secondary
and dropdown primary/secondary text. The anchor text size does
not scale (because action bar height never scales), but
dropdown item text does scale. Fixes cut-off anchor text on
landscape phone when system font is huge.
