Add plumbing for new surface flinger display API. Cleaned up the implementation of Surface and SurfaceSession to use more consistent naming and structure. Added JNI for all of the new surface flinger display API calls. Enforced the requirement that all Surfaces created by the window manager be named. Make sure we have a native Surface in nContextSetSurface. I was seeing a problem running RenderScript in the system process because mNativeSurface was null. Add "boxed" bitmap uploads which simply place a non-pow2 bitmap into the smallest larger pow texture. The added space is filled black.
