Remove Sk prefix from some bench classes.
This idea came while commenting on
https://codereview.chromium.org/343583005/
Since SkBenchmark, SkBenchLogger and SkGMBench are not part of the Skia library,
they should not have the Sk prefix.

Simplify benchmark internal API.
I'm not quite sure why I wrote such a convoluted API with setLoops()/getLoops().
This replaces it with a loops argument passed to onDraw().
This CL is largely mechanical translation from the old API to the new one.
MathBench used this->getLoops() outside onDraw(), which seems incorrect. I
fixed it.

Refactoring: get rid of the SkBenchmark void* parameter.
While I was doing massive sed-ing, I also converted every bench to use DEF_BENCH instead of registering the ugly manual way.

Change old PRG to be SkLCGRandom; change new one to SkRandom
The goal here is to get people to start using the new random number
generator, while leaving the old one in place so we don't have to
rebaseline GMs.

Switch out random number generator for tests, benches, samples.
This change makes tests, benches and samples use the new SkMWCRandom PRNG. GMs will be saved for another time, as they'll require rebaselining.

Modify the blur bench to add tests for high-quality blurs, and large non-integer blurs. Change the Coarse flag (which just turns on separable blurs) to an #ifdef, since separable is no longer just Coarse. (This #ifdef will hopefully be shortlived, once Chrome has switched).
The separable blur algorithm gives +45% on SampleBlur, +84% on SampleBigBlur, +31% on TheVerge, +35 to +85% on blurbench in HQ (depending on size), +8 to +35% in low quality. (All of these on 32bit MacPro).
