VIXL: Add "vixl" suffix to include files
The Android build system does not have the knowledge to differentiate between
two include files with the same name when building a static library. We avoid
any conflicts by adding the vixl suffix to the include files.
Rebased onto VIXL 1.4.

Revert VIXL to upstream VIXL 1.2
Most of the patches pushed to AOSP's VIXL have been integrated in
upstream VIXL 1.3 and 1.4. This patch revert AOSP's version of VIXL to
upstream VIXL 1.2 for a cleaner upgrade of VIXL.
