get rid of ISurface ISurface was only used to get the IGraphicBufferProducer from a Layer. It's now replaced by a BBinder subclass / IBinder and is only used as a handle to the surface, to both refer to it and manage its life-time. Also cleaned-up a bit the ISurfaceComposer interface and "create layer" code path. Change-Id: I68d0e02d57b862cffb31d5168c3bc10cea0906eb

update SF binder protocol to support setting display attributes no change of functionality -- the old behavior is implemented on top of this new protocol. this new protocol will allow, eventually, to pass informations about displays and layer stacks. SurfaceFlinger: add a crop to the layer state This change adds a crop rectangle specified in window coordinates to the layer state. The all window pixels outside this crop rectangle are treated as though they were fully transparent. This change also adds the plumbing necessary for WindowManager to set that crop.
