Improve rsMatrix* documentation, fix bugs
Improves the user-facing documentation. Fix the incorrect row & column
naming on the Get/Set API. Fix a bug where rsMatrixLoadMultiply could
not have the destination be one of the source,
e.g. rsMatrixLoadMultiply(&l, &l, &r)
