Add implemenations for all backends.

Note: most desktop backend implementations require a call to 'setWindowedMode' in order for the changes to take effect.

It is worth noting that this is not necessary with the JogAmp backend. However, as of the time of writing, that backend is not included in LibGDX master.

For HDPI, if we don't explicitely say we want to work in HDPI, we get everything in logical coordinates (half of retina on Mac OS X for example). However, viewport and stage us glViewport and glScissor, which expect backbuffer aka physical coordinates. HdpiUtils is a new class that will take care of this conversion for you. You can keep working in logical coordinates as reported by the OS
