Work around compiler optimization
This makes bionic-unit-test-glibc64 behave consistently
when testing dlopen from a library with dt_runpath.

Support DT_RUNPATH in the linker.
Only $ORIGIN substitution is supported, but not linux-specific $LIB
or $PLATFORM.
