[webkit-codegen] Add test files for boundary interface generation.
We will test the WebView Support Library code generation tool by
creating Java input and output test files, pass the input files to the
tool, and verify the output of the tool against the output files.
In this CL we add test files for boundary interface generation,
including a couple of files representing android.webkit classes that
cannot be passed across the Support Library - WebView APK boundary.
