Support streaming of compressed assets > 1 megabyte Compressed assets larger than one megabyte are now decompressed on demand rather than being decompressed in their entirety and held in memory. Reading the data in order is relatively efficient, as is seeking forward in the stream. Seeking backwards is supported, but requires reprocessing the compressed data from the beginning, so is very inefficient. In addition, the size limit on compressed assets has been eliminated. Fix issue #2048263: More debugging information We now hopefully do better about generating the anr reports, and include information about the malloc loaded assets in meminfo.

Don't re-parse the framework resources all the time. A small optimization to the resource code, to not re-parse the framework resources every time we build a new AssetManager. Instead, you can now construct a ResTable from a previously created one... of course, like the existing code for using the data in-place, you can't delete the original ResTable until you have deleted the one that has been constructed from it.
