Revamp the "ConstantStruct::get" methods. Previously, these were scattered
all over the place in different styles and variants. Standardize on two
preferred entrypoints: one that takes a StructType and ArrayRef, and one that
takes StructType and varargs.
In cases where there isn't a struct type convenient, we now add a
ConstantStruct::getAnon method (whose name will make more sense after a few
more patches land).
It would be "really really nice" if the ConstantStruct::get and
ConstantVector::get methods didn't make temporary std::vectors.

Add a function for profiling to run at shutdown. Unlike the existing API, this
can be used even when main() isn't present in the Module, but it means that you
don't get to read argv[].

Change the PointerType api for creating pointer types. The old functionality of PointerType::get() has become PointerType::getUnqual(), which returns a pointer in the generic address space. The new prototype of PointerType::get() requires both a type and an address space.

This patch replaces signed integer types with signless ones:
1. [US]Byte -> Int8
2. [U]Short -> Int16
3. [U]Int -> Int32
4. [U]Long -> Int64.
5. Removal of isSigned, isUnsigned, getSignedVersion, getUnsignedVersion
and other methods related to signedness. In a few places this warranted
identifying the signedness information from other sources.

Convert the last uses of CastInst::createInferredCast to a normal cast
creation. These changes are still temporary but at least this pushes
knowledge of signedness out closer to where it can be determined properly

For PR950:
The long awaited CAST patch. This introduces 12 new instructions into LLVM
to replace the cast instruction. Corresponding changes throughout LLVM are
provided. This passes llvm-test, llvm/test, and SPEC CPUINT2000 with the
exception of 175.vpr which fails only on a slight floating point output
difference.

For PR950:
This patch implements the first increment for the Signless Types feature.
All changes pertain to removing the ConstantSInt and ConstantUInt classes
in favor of just using ConstantInt.

When a function takes a variable number of pointer arguments, with a zero
pointer marking the end of the list, the zero *must* be cast to the pointer
type. An un-cast zero is a 32-bit int, and at least on x86_64, gcc will
not extend the zero to 64 bits, thus allowing the upper 32 bits to be
random junk.
The new END_WITH_NULL macro may be used to annotate a such a function
so that GCC (version 4 or newer) will detect the use of un-casted zero
at compile time.

This mega patch converts us from using Function::a{iterator|begin|end} to
using Function::arg_{iterator|begin|end}. Likewise Module::g* -> Module::global_*.

In InsertProfilingInitCall(), make it legal to pass in a null array, in
which case you'll get a null array and zero passed to the profiling function.

Support getelementptr instructions which use uint's to index into structure
types and can have arbitrary 32- and 64-bit integer types indexing into
sequential types.
