Revamp the "ConstantStruct::get" methods. Previously, these were scattered all over the place in different styles and variants. Standardize on two preferred entrypoints: one that takes a StructType and ArrayRef, and one that takes StructType and varargs. In cases where there isn't a struct type convenient, we now add a ConstantStruct::getAnon method (whose name will make more sense after a few more patches land). For PR950: The long awaited CAST patch. This introduces 12 new instructions into LLVM to replace the cast instruction. Corresponding changes throughout LLVM are provided. When a function takes a variable number of pointer arguments, with a zero pointer marking the end of the list, the zero *must* be cast to the pointer type. An un-cast zero is a 32-bit int, and at least on x86_64, gcc will not extend the zero to 64 bits, thus allowing the upper 32 bits to be random junk.
