Many bugfixes and enhancements.
- FieldPort bugfixes when connecting to other filters.
- Added two new filterpacks: numeric and performance.
- Added new type-checking modes.
- CachedFrameManager now drops oldest frames first.
- RoundRobinScheduler is now default scheduler.
- Added method to flush all frames from a graph.
- FrameFormat fixes.
- Filter fixes and optimizations.

Ports are used internally only, so this does not change API.
