Do not give implicitly-defined virtual members functions available_externally linkage, since they may not have been given a strong definition in another translation unit. Give explicit template instantiations weak ODR linkage. Former iterations of this patch gave explicit template instantiation link-once ODR linkage, which permitted the back end to eliminate unused symbols. Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'. - This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted.
