Camera: Decouple proprietary code from HAL.
This change removes the dependencies of camera HAL on proprietary headers.

Camera: Initial release of camera 2.0 HAL.
Rename camera HAL 1.0 to camera.mako.so
Call camera HAL 2.0 camera.msm8960.so
This will call camera.mako.so to get loaded. When camera HAL 2.0 is ready, we
will remove camera.mako.so from the build.
