tests/check-release.sh: new test.
This patch adds a new test script that can be run to check the
content of a given NDK installation directory, or an existing
NDK package.
Usage example:
tests/check-release.sh /path/to/ndk-install
tests/check-release.sh --package=<ndk-release-tarball>
