NSErrorChecker: remove quoting the parameter name in the diagnostic until we actually include it's name.
This is a possible regression of moving to using ImplicitNullDerefEvent.
Fixing this for real (including the parameter name) requires more
plumbing in ImplicitNullDerefEvent. This is just a stop gap fix.

Sort all of Clang's files under 'lib', and fix up the broken headers
uncovered.
This required manually correcting all of the incorrect main-module
headers I could find, and running the new llvm/utils/sort_includes.py
script over the files.
I also manually added quite a few missing headers that were uncovered by
shuffling the order or moving headers up to be main-module-headers.

[analyzer] Convert some of the harder cases over to ProgramStateTrait macros.
Add FIXMEs for the traits visible from multiple translation units.
Currently the macros hide their key types in an anonymous namespace.

Change references to 'const ProgramState *' to typedef 'ProgramStateRef'.
At this point this is largely cosmetic, but it opens the door to replace
ProgramStateRef with a smart pointer that more eagerly acts in the role
of reclaiming unused ProgramState objects.

Remove dead members/parameters: ProgramState, respondsToCallback, autoTransition.
Remove addTransition method since it's the same as generateNode. Maybe we should

Allow getting all source locations of selector identifiers in a ObjCMethodDecl.
Instead of always storing all source locations for the selector identifiers
we check whether all the identifiers are in a "standard" position; "standard" position is
-Immediately before the arguments: -(id)first:(int)x second:(int)y;
-With a space between the arguments: -(id)first: (int)x second: (int)y;
-For nullary selectors, immediately before ';': -(void)release;
In such cases we infer the locations instead of storing them.

[analyzer] Refactor PathDiagnosticLocation: Make PathDiagnosticLocation(SourceLocation...) private. Most of the effort here goes to making BugReport refer to a PathDiagnosticLocation instead of FullSourceLocation.

Remove EnhancedBugReport and RangedBugReport - pull all the extra functionality they provided into their parent BugReport. The only functional changes are: made getRanges() non const - it adds default range to Ranges if none are supplied, made getStmt() private, which was another FIXME.

Modify some deleted function methods to better reflect reality:
- New isDefined() function checks for deletedness
- isThisDeclarationADefinition checks for deletedness
- New doesThisDeclarationHaveABody() does what
isThisDeclarationADefinition() used to do
- The IsDeleted bit is not propagated across redeclarations
- isDeleted() now checks the canoncial declaration
- New isDeletedAsWritten() does what it says on the tin.
- isUserProvided() now correct (thanks Richard!)
This fixes the bug that we weren't catching
void foo() = delete;
void foo() {}
as being a redefinition.

[analyzer] Migrate NSErrorChecker and DereferenceChecker to CheckerV2.
They cooperate in that NSErrorChecker listens for ImplicitNullDerefEvent events that
DereferenceChecker can dispatch.
ImplicitNullDerefEvent is when we dereferenced a location that may be null.

Rename the 'EntoSA' directories to 'StaticAnalyzer'.
