Don't bother running dx when we're testing on the RI.
Also drop the -ea argument to the RI; we don't support assert, so it's
misleading if tests behave differently on the RI.

Support ANDROID_LOG_TAGS.
This is the dalvik-compatible solution to the "I don't want non-FATAL logging
in my test output" problem.

Adding old unit tests to test suite.
These tests are copied straight over. They'll still run, but they're
using the old system.
