Perf support for ARMv8 Aarch64
In order to build the perf utility for arm64,
the arm/arch64 files from the following repository :
https://kernel.googlesource.com/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/next/linux-next-history/+archive/master/tools/perf/arch/arm64.tar.gz
are integrated in Android external project and tested on
ARMv8 Juno Development platform.
The tar-ball doesn't contain the entire perf utility.
