Tests with build.sh check for BROKEN_BUILD and incompatible ABI
Tests with build.sh don't always have jni/Android.mk for ndk-build
to figure out toolchain version and ABI necessary in run-tests.sh
to check BROKEN_BUILD and incompatible ABI for skipping the tests.
This is fine as long as these tests are good for all toolchain
version and supported ABI. Otherwise, tests must come with
jni/Android.mk and jni/Application.mk.
