9  Intel® Power Gadget library aims to access real-time data about a 2nd
10generation or later Intel® Core processor regarding current estimated processor
11power, thermal design power (TDP), current processor frequency, base frequency,
12current temperature, maximum temperature, timestamps and elapsed time. The data
13is obtained from the Model Specific Registers (MSRs) that are available only in
142nd Generation Intel® Core or later processors.

16Gadget library and expose interface on windows platform, the library itself as
