Move the trace file out of the profiles folder.
/dalvik-cache/profiles/ is going away. Create the trace file under
/data/misc/trace.
This enable tracing without forcing SElinux into permissive mode.

ART: Unlink old file in OS::CreateEmptyFile
Update the documentation to make clear that a new file is expected
to be returned. A potentially existing file will not be reused
(and cleared).

Create separate Android.mk for main build targets
The runtime, compiler, dex2oat, and oatdump now are in seperate trees
to prevent dependency creep. They can now be individually built
without rebuilding the rest of the art projects. dalvikvm and jdwpspy
were already this way. Builds in the art directory should behave as
before, building everything including tests.
