Fix a crash with unresolved classes. We cannot pass the initialization duty to a HLoadClass that needs access checks. The optimization was assuming the graph structure could not lead to such a situation, but turns out with licm, it can. Change-Id: I6c5299955e1f9221a2dd70976a55e0dea06882eb

Revert "Revert "Support unresolved fields in optimizing" The CL also changes the calling convetion for 64bit static field set to use kArg2 instead of kArg1. This allows optimizing to keep the asumptions: - arm pairs are always of form (even_reg, odd_reg) - ecx_edx is not used as a register on x86.
