autotest-tests: Modify pseudomodem tests to use the new pseudomodem_context.
The companion CL:184059 changes the way tests must interact with pseudomodem.
This CL updates the tests accordingly.
Main changes are:
- Use pseudomodem_context instead of pseudomodem as the entry point.
- The way custom objects can be provided to pseudomodem has changed. Some
tests that use custom pseudomodem objects now have a files/ folder with a
module containing these definitions.

TEST=Run all updated tests.
