Launch options & multi inputs for single-source RS

Also renamed rsParallelFor to rsForEach.
Added checks for number of allocations to rsForEach matching kernel function
expectation.
Added slang tests.
Removed code from RSContext for remembering the rs_allocation AST subtree.
