Adds support for multi-input kernels to Slang.
This patch modifies slang in the folowing ways:
* Updates some of the development target API logic.
* Adds logic for validating kernels with multiple inputs.
* Added support for multi-input kernels to the Java reflection code.
* Adds tests for these new features.
* Updated existing tests with the new error messages.
