Wifi-HAL: Fix possible memory leak in llstats
In QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_LL_STATS_TYPE_PEERS event, dynamic
memory is allocated for pIfaceStat pointer. So, Free this
pointer in error conditions to avoid possible memory leakage.
Free memory allocated for tx_time_per_levels stats in
radio_stats.

WiFi-HAL: Cleanup logs in llstats
WifiHAL may not receive few attributes when the older versions of
driver/firmware are used with latest framework. Remove the logs
corresponding to those attributes.

Wi-Fi HAL: Expect the link layer stats synchronously
Expect the results synchronously and avoid the asynchronous events
for wifi_get_link_stats. This is to make sure that all the
