shill: rename ChromeosDaemon to DaemonTask
Rename ChromeosDaemon to DaemonTask since this class contains
all the logic for daemon-related tasks (e.g. start/stop,
init/shutdown). This will also prevent this class from being
confused with ShillDaemon.
