autotest: Add native_Benchmarks to build and run benchmarks on demand.
Instead of building the native benchmarks by ebuild with other packages,
the benchmarks in native_Benchmarks are built right before running.
This is designed for benchmarks that are optional for most people.
BUG=None
TEST=Tested vp8 and octane on nyan_big(armv7l) and squawks(x86_64).
