Remove the clang version number from the package.
This is going to be changing fairly often. We already have version
info in the directory (AndroidVersion.txt), so there's no sense
maintaining this.

Fix the standalone toolchain test for x86 flavors.
The x86 toolchain names are dumb in that they're the only ones that
aren't named by the full triple.
