This patch automatically replaced the license on all text files from
Chromium OS (BSD style) to AOSP (Apache2), keeping the original year as
a reference.

The license header was added to .gyp and .gypi, the NOTICE was added with a copy
of the Apache2 license and MODULE_LICENSE_* file was added.

Pull glib's IO handlers out from libshill-net to eliminate its dependency
on glib. This is desired since the applications that uses this library
might not want this extra dependency.

This is achieved by adding an IOHandlerFactoryContainer for setting/accessing
IOHandlerFactory. By default. the container will create an IOHandlerFactory
that create IOHandlers base on the libbase's FileDescriptorWatcher. The caller
can implement its own IOHandlerFactory and IOHandlers to overwrite this default
behavior. For example, shill's glib IOHandlers.

37a2b60098f7404a0faa918694072670de1a0a97 27-Oct-2014 Peter Qiu <zqiu@chromium.org> shill: IO handler support for IO message loop

Added IO handler factory for creating IO handlers based on the current
message loop type. For IO message loop, IO handlers will be based on the
libbase's FileDescriptorWatcher, while UI message loop will use the glib's
IO handlers (since libbase doesn't provide FileDescriptorWatcher for UI
message loop that uses glib).

Also remove the dependency of EventDispatcher from RTNLHandler and
NetlinkManager. And redirect the IO handler creation calls in
EventDispatcher to IOHandlerFactory. Eventually would delete the
IO handler creation calls from EventDispatcher once all references
to them are removed.

This is a part of an effort to export rtnl/nl80211 functionality as a shared
library, so that they can be exported without tying to a specific
message loop type.

Made the following fixes to allow compile against a new libchrome:

- ScopedVector::reset() was renamed to "clear".
- Hack in base to add "using base::FilePath;" has been removed.
- Convert MessageLoop::current()->RunAllPending() to
base::RunLoop().RunUntilIdle().
- MessageLoopProxy::PostDelayedTask() now takes a base::TimeDelta().
- scoped_refptr::release() no longer exists.
- base/eintr_wrapper.h -> base/posix/eintr_wrapper.h
- base/scoped_temp_dir.h -> base/files/scoped_temp_dir.h
- base/string_tokenizer.h -> base/strings/string_tokenizer.h
- New scoped_ptr does compile check for naughty people making scoped_ptrs
of refcounted objects.
- base::SplitString() now returns an empty vector when given an empty
string (instead of a single-element vector with an empty string).

For output sockets and for non-traditional "input" events we
need to trigger when an fd is ready, but we don't want GLib

"ready handler" which triggers a callback which is passed the
