Don't attempt to launch disabled activities in smoke test. Also remove the superfluous runner from manifest. Bug: 12245071 Change-Id: I724b87dd49b04eb3291be88f6d7ab035d67c3971

Avoid crashes in a single app from causing cascading test failures This should work properly for crashes. It currently doesn't do the right thing for ANRs since, in a lot of cases, they seem to happen asynchronously _after_ the testcase has ended. Will try to improve that behavior with a subsequent change. Bug: 6128185 Change-Id: Ie535141e879062c11ee7108b37d282a33a5b5eef

Refactor smoke tests to enable one-app-per-testcase runs Also creates a special TestRunner which runs one app per testcase. Note that running the smoke tests with android.test.InstrumentationTestRunner will /also/ work, but will run all of the launchable activites in a single testcase called testRunAllActivities. Eliminate CrashData and friends. (CrashData was a custom-marshalled crash-info class used for a server crash reporting system I am deprecating). Use ApplicationErrorReport.CrashInfo instead to report crash details (mostly the stack trace) from RuntimeInfo to ActivityManagerService, since we're likely to need the crash information in that form anyway. Remove the (long-disabled) flags and support for the "Debug" button in the crash dialog. Further gut the ICheckinService interface by removing the crash-reporting APIs (and everything that calls them), plus the synchronous checkin() method (which has been stubbed out for a while now). A new dropbox-based crash reporting system is in the works, but not part of this change.
