add some best preactices to the showcase
support NOTIFICATION_PREFERENCES
allow user to choose which notifications they want
allow user fine-grained control over sound and vibration
support categories
auto-cancel stale notifications
add ringtone preference
improve fader alarm code
default text to true, even if prefs are empty

Port notification showcase to android-support-v4.
Includes OS-appropriate iconography for pre-Gingerbread,
Gingerbread, and HC+, thanks to Android Asset Studio.
