Resolves -Wconversion errors when compiling IMU calibration algorithms.

OTC-Gyro Parameter Storage/Recall (Code Sync)
This CL syncs the latest Google3 calibration code changes located in:
/location/lbs/contexthub/nanoapps/calibration/
These changes support HAL storage/recall of OTC-gyro model parameters
in device file: /data/misc/sensorcal_saved.json
Tests:
- Device Testing: Functional verification complete.
- CTS Testing: Passing (after patching CL 2118229).

Syncs google3 Calibration Code to Android.
This CL syncs the recent calibration updates made in the google3
directory: /location/lbs/contexthub/nanoapps/calibration/
Test:
- Firmware has been built and tested for the Nexus/Pixel devices.
- CTS tests are in progress for PixelXL (OC-release).
