[orientation] handle slab allocation failure
Test: 1) test it in normal condition (w/o slab alloc failure).
2) artificially generate slab allocation failure every 400 allocations
and verify sensor fusion still works.

nanohub: rename APP_ID_VENDOR_GOOGLE to NANOHUB_VENDOR_GOOGLE
VENDOR codes are used not only by apps but also by other components,
so let's remove the APP reference from vendor code constants
