nanotool: adds the wrist_tilt sensor
- ensures that wrist_tilt is powered off when using disable_all
- uses the sensor names list to disable all sensors

nanotool: Handle compressed accel data
Adds support for sensor aliases. When requesting accelerometer, a
different event type is returned. The alias table will support this
type of lookup in the future for different sensors.

nanotool: Indicates that a sample is a bias update
The output will now contain (Bias Sample) if the sample contains bias
data.
