AppBarLayout + CollapsingToolbarLayout tests fixes
- Fixed flakiness due to waiting for snapping to
happen
- Tweaked the layouts so that text and content is
visible on screen (not light-on-light)
- Make tests on API 21+ use translucent status bar,
and updated tests to suit
- Fixed issues caugh while testing
