Remove test scenario dependency on IME
When expanded, SearchView automatically brings in soft
keyboard. The test flow around dismissing the keyboard
before collapsing the action view was flaky.
Test: run tests in KeyEventsTestCaseWithToolbar and KeyboardShortcutsTestCaseWithWindowDecor
