Fix incorrect assumptions of native GraphicBuffer ctor/dtor/lifetime.
- Do not expect C1 ctor to return this on x86 and ARM64.
- Use initCheck() to check if ctor failed.
- Use native object refcounting methods to handle object lifetime.
