Introduce tst_parse_opts()
The pattern that was used in all testcases is:
const char *msg;
msg = parse_opts(...);
if (msg)
tst_brkm(TBROK, NULL, "OPTION PARSING ERROR - %s", msg);
This change simplifies the steps to just calling:
tst_parse_opts(...);

s/Tst_count/tst_count/ to avoid CamelCase
when using latest checkpatch.pl, CamelCase variables are not encouraged,
this patch does a batch update to replace all var `Tst_count` with
`tst_count`.

cleanup code indent
Cleanup the code indent using:
find . -name *.c -exec Lindent {} \;
It's really a big change, but can fix almost all of
the indent problem in C code, although we can't
ensure all of the changes are right, but the error
changes are really few.

Resolving all compile errors via a script
This may leave dupe calls to tst_exit in main, but those are easier
to deal (and much less) than no-compile scenarios.
As a side-effect, fix all trailing whitespace issues.

Correct setuid() logic for "nobody" uid.
The problem with the previous logic is that it was incorrectly hardcoding uid_t -> 99 for nobody, and thus on systems with nobody -> 65535, this is incorrect. Use getpwnam(3) to derive the correct value for the nobody's uid_t.

Printf-style format string warnings (TEST_RETURN related): this patch fixes some printf-format string warnings, concerning the TEST_RETURN variable. TEST_RETURN is declared as "long", so it is advisable to use "%ld" in printf format string to avoid undefined behaviour.
