update notificaiton showcase with heads up features
phone call is ongoing
add functional actions to the phone call that dismiss it
add a fullscreenintent intent to the phone call

define a target sdk for the showcase.
leaving it empty causes it to default to current,
and then you can't install it on non-dev devices.
