Adds qcom_nanohub nanoapp loader code
- A warning is provided to explain that this is not an example and to
refer to other variants.
- Adds NANOAPP_VERSION as a required variable to be set by a nanoapp
Makefile.
- Adds macros from NANOAPP_VERSION and NANOAPP_ID to the qcom_nanohub
target.
