Adds a nanoapp logging header file
- Updates nanoapps to use this new logging macro
- Updates chre.h to be a system-style include
- Makes using chreLog shorter
- Allows disabling logs below a certain level
- Moves some common log level logic to a new file to be shared
Test: Compile and run the simulator

Refactors the RequestMultiplexer to use mergeWith
- Replaces the generateIntersectionOf class to avoid temporary objects.
- Updates the SensorRequest implementation and tests to use this new API
