CommandProcessor: add a mock
Add the MockCommandProcessor class, so that we can
test how upper layers of wifilogd interact with the
CommandProcessor.
Along the way:
- make CommandProcessor::ProcessCommand() a virtual
method
- make the CommandProcessor dtor virtual
While there: fix some typos in TODOs.
