camera.vsoc.jpeg doesn't use VNDK libraries.
camera.vsoc.jpeg was using the following two VNDK libs:
- libandroid_runtime
- libhwui
This CL:
- removes ImageMetadata
- adds Exif/Thumbnail/JpegStub/Compressor from the current
goldfish implementation
