hikey: factory-images: Fix logic error
Seems like the eq should be ne, since we're testing if
a file is present and should only take the first path if
it is.

hikey: Add factory-image generation scripts
Initial pass to add scripts to generate the hikey
factory images.
Also includes a README to explain how to use the
scripts to properly generate the files.
