First step towards an scenario specification API.
Supports simple actions such as joining and leaving a meeting and
muting/unmuting the mic.
Accompanied with some unit tests and an Autotest with the purpose of
verifying the API.

TEST=cfm_ConfigurableCfmTestSanity on local DUT and unit tests.
