TKO parser: improve some error messages in debug log
These changes try to make it clearer that the errors
aren't critical to the execution of the test, and also
slightly reduce the spew to improve log readability.

Convert the parser unit tests over to use the more portable dumbdbm as
the backing store. Unfortunately requires converting over all the
existing results stores to use the dumbdbm format.
Risk: Low
Visibility: Improves parser unit test portability.
