Fuzzy compare improvements
* Move scaling of error magnitude at the very end to reduce rounding
error accumulation.
* Use integers instead of floating-point values for color distances.
* Log images in tests.
* Remove useless ability to tune some magic constants.
* Tune thresholds as necessary.
