Move texture test utilities from the modules/glshared/glsTextureTestUtil to the framework/opengl/gluTextureTestUtil. By moving these utilities to a common place, they can be used from other (not GLES) tests too. Change-Id: I9ff3b431f868d99bff6cbe69a4de2c259cc09703
